The second annual 59DaysOfCode: Web & Mobile App Showcase/Conference brings together the best and brightest technology professionals from the region. The geographic reach for this event extends south to Bakersfield and north to the Stockton area and will draw participants from the Bay Area. Below are the specifics about the event:
On June 21 & 22, 2011, the teams, along with other conference attendees will participate in the 59DaysOfCode: Web & Mobile App Showcase/Conference (tentative agenda follows). The teams compete for $100,000 in cash and prizes.
The participants are between the ages of 25 and 45 and earn approximately $65,000 to $125,000 annually. Many are independent developers/programmers billing out at the rate of $75 to $175 per hour. They are early adopters and influencers within their industry.
